Reverend Rosetta McGregor-Bell is fully committed to promoting wholeness and wellbeing of the spirit, soul, and body. Her approach is person-centred, and she focuses on the whole person and their welfare. In her personal life, she uses various wellness techniques to achieve her goals, aiming for full-body health and wealth. She believes that to achieve harmony and completeness, the connection of the spirit, soul, and body must be honed.
Reverend McGregor-Bell is a compassionate listener, always advocating for those in need. She is like an agony aunt, always in your corner. She understands the importance of memory and truth, and how mothers can help confirm facts to strengthen belief.

A woman of God, who has the passion to pray. Has stood in the gap for the nation to come to know the true meaning of Salvation and God's righteousness. From a young age her desire was to walk in the will of God; God’s plan for her life and to accomplish her divine destiny.
I have seen that she has worked endlessly with Great men and women of God. She has nurtured Youth leaders, Sunday School teachers and become instrumental in the lives of elders to enable the body of Christ to stand in right standing with God. Apostle Rosetta, I have observed her constant communication with God by reading His word in order to gain Wisdom and Knowledge, so that she can execute the word of God with power to his people. I can say she is like the virtuous woman in Proverbs 31. Strength and honour are her clothing, she opens her mouth with wisdom and on her tongue is the law of kindness. She lives for Christ and her hope is built on CHRIST and his righteousness. She has learnt to lean on him.
